About VIHTM Rajkot

Established in 1998, Vivekanand Institute of Hotel & Tourism Management (VIHTM), Rajkot is one of the Hotel and Tourism Management Institute. The college is accredited by NAAC and approved by the AICTE, Ministry of HRD, New Delhi. VIHTM, Rajkot is affiliated to Saurashtra University and ranked 7th under Institute of Super Excellence. Besides this, the college has been ranking under the Best Private Hotel Management Institute of Gujarat by the Global Human Resource Development Centre for  2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018.  Since the last 21 years, VIHTM is managed by the Sushree Sardama Trust, Rajkot, and is led under the dynamic guidance and leadership of Mr Mohit Mohnani, the college director. The college is currently offering a three-year diploma program in hotel management and bachelor program in hotel management. Admission to all the programs will depend upon candidates performance in the qualifying degree.  The main aim of the college is to develop the overall personality of the students by training them for good discipline and better human being. They don’t just create managers instead they focus on making them good humans. Vivekanand Institute of Hotel & Tourism Management (VIHTM), Rajkot has a 100% placement record with many international as well as national hotels. The campus of VIHTM, Rajkot has covered an area of 4 acres. It is equipped with many facilities which make it stand ahead of other colleges available in the area. Some of the major highlights of the campus are gymnasium, modern laboratories, 24*7 working internet and its well-equipped sports facility. The auditorium of the campus provides a seating capacity of 300 students. There is a separate hostel facility for both girls and boys.
