SGBAU accepts MHT CET exam scores for admission to BTech courses. The MHT CET 2024 exam for the PCM group has started, and the exams will be conducted on May 2, 3, 4, 9, 10, 11, 15, 16, and 17. The result is expected to be announced in the second week of June 2024. Counselling for BTech based on MHT CET for admission to SGBAU will be held from June to August 2024 (tentatively).Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University, also known as SGBAU or Amravati University, was established on May 1st, 1983. The university is built on 470.63 acres of lush green campus. It is recognised by the University Grant Commission (UGC). There are around 128 colleges affiliated with Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University in the Amravati district, 64 colleges in the Akola district, 88 colleges in the Buldhana district, 97 colleges in Yavatmal district, and 41 colleges in the Wasim district. A total of 418 colleges are affiliated with Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University.The university’s efforts to develop and uplift the country's youth are supported by grants from various funding agencies, such as the University Grants Commission (UGC), the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), and so on.
