It was established in 2020 by the SAGE Group, a parent firm of various companies, including five colleges and two schools. SAGE University is awarded the best-emerging university in central India. It functions under the patronage of Shri Agrawal Education Public Trust and is one of the top private universities in M.P. It has another campus in Indore.
