New Horizon Educational Institution (NHEI) is a group of 7 leading institutes located in Bangalore. NHEI provides educational services from pre-primary level to the professional level with the mission of imparting holistic education to the new generation. The institution was established 45 years ago and is considered among the most popular institutes of Karnataka. The institution has been rewarded with a number of accreditations and ranking. NHEI has been accredited with grade ‘A’ by the NAAC. It is affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU) and is an ISO 9001:2008 institution. Apart from that, NHEI Bangalore is recognized by University Grants Commission (UGC) and approved by AICTE as well. In recent years, the institution has also featured in the NIRF rankings in the engineering category. Among the many surveys that are conducted by different rating agencies, NHEI has been ranked as one of the top private institutions in India. According to the ‘Dataquest T-school’ Survey, the engineering college of NHEI known as NHCE (New Horizon College of Engineering) bagged the 1st position in Karnataka and 12th position in India among the best private tech schools. Another survey was conducted by Higher Education Review Magazine, according to which the MBA course of NHCE Bangalore is ranked number 1 in Karnataka in terms of placement. Along with that, the New Horizon College of Education has also bagged the 5th rank in Bangalore University's convocation. The faculty and students of NHEI also brought several laurels to the institute through their commitment and hard work. New Horizon Educational Institution offers total of 51 UG and PG courses across 7 streams namely Engineering, IT, Management, Commerce & Banking, Education, Vocational and Science.  The institutions also have a Research and Development (R&D) centre that strongly focuses on research programs and has executed several important sponsored research and consultancy projects. NHCE has signed MOUs with various renowned industries and has active collaboration with the Ministry of National Education, France. These student-exchange programs between NHCE and various universities in France provide students with ample opportunities to understand their educational system, technology, and culture. The professional institutes of NHEI Bangalore have a dedicated placement cell which helps maintain a 100% placement record every year. The department arranges several training programs at the college to enhance student’s skills that are required at the time of campus interviews. A Japan Career Centre is established at NHCE that provides international placement/internship opportunities to students. When it comes to infrastructure, NHEI offers all the prime facilities to students including lecture halls, cafeteria, library, hostels, audio-video rooms, seminar halls, conference rooms, etc. Various student clubs have been set up in the college where the students can enroll based on their specialization and area of interest.  Also, every year, NHEI organizes state-level cultural fest on the campus known as SARGAM that helps students to learn event management skills along with interpersonal, communication and team-building skills.
