Manav Bharti University, or MBU for short, was founded in the academic year of 2008. It is a Himachal Pradesh State Private University created with the sanction of the state legislature. University Grants Commission, All India Council for Technical Education, Pharmacy Council of India, and Bar Council of India have all approved the university. The university strives for its students' complete growth.Because of its tranquil settings, the university's infrastructure is particularly remarkable. Despite its steep location, the institution can provide its students with all the fundamental services and facilities. Classrooms are constructed such that many pupils may be accommodated at one time.The rooms are well decorated and well-kept. Wifi is available across the campus. Boys' and girls' hostels are available for students outside the city. Laboratories are outfitted with cutting-edge technology to aid students in their learning. The library includes contemporary editions of literature in all specialties. The books are educational and include all relevant information on any given topic. Sports facilities are remarkable, and several sporting events are held each year.Faculty of Engineering & Technology, Faculty of Computer Science, Faculty of Management, Faculty of Pharmacy, Faculty of Law, and Faculty of Humanities are the six faculties that provide undergraduate and graduate programs. The Directorate of Distance Education at the University also provides several courses. In addition to normal lessons, it hosts conferences, workshops, industrial visits, and management games to expose students to the sector. The University's campus is equipped with a gym, medical and health care services, sports facilities, activities area, canteen, smart classrooms, auditorium, labs, library, wifi, transportation, and separate dorms for boys and girls with 24-hour security.The National Dairy Research Institute and the University have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (NDRI).
