King George’s Medical University Admission: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the date for the NEET UG 2024 exam. On May 5, 2024, the exam will be held in the offline mode for MBBS admission to the university. Registration for the exam is expected to begin in March 2024.  The NEET UG Seat Allotment Result for Round 2 was announced on August 18, 2023. King George’s Medical University NIRF Ranking 2023, has been released by the Minister of State for Education and External Affairs. The NIRF 2024 rank obtained is 45 in the University category with a score of 50.63 and 12 in the Medical category with a score of 63.93. The NIRF ranking 2023 university uses a variety of factors to rank colleges/ universities, including teaching, research, professional practice, graduation rates, diversity, learning, resources, outreach, and perception. KGMU was listed in the University and Medical sections of the NIRF Ranking list, this year.King’s George Medical University is located in situated in Lucknow, in the state of Uttar Pradesh. The university was founded in 1911 and is One of the top medical schools in Northern India. The university's current president is Prof. DK Gupta. KGMU Lucknow is recognised by the Medical Council of India (MCI) and the University Grants Commission (UGC).

Summary

KGMU admissions to MBBS will be conducted on the basis of NEET UG scores. The exam has already concluded, and NTA has released the results on its official website on June 4, 2024. Candidates can now check their results NEET UG 2024 results. NEET PG 2024 for admission to MD/MS courses will be held on June 23, 2024. The annual fees of MBBS at KGMU is Rs 54,000 whereas for MD, the annual fees ranges from Rs 1.08 lakh - 1.64 lakh.
