About Institute of Aeronautical Engineering

Institute of Aeronautical Engineering was established in the year 2000 and runs under the aegis of Maruthi Educational Society with a mission of ‘Education for Liberation’. It is a state, autonomous institute which is situated in Hyderabad, Telangana. The college has been affiliated with Jawaharlal Nehru Technical University Hyderabad (JNTUH). It has been recognised by UGC and has also been approved by AICTE, New Delhi. The institute has also been accredited by NAAC (National Assessment and Accreditation Council) with an “A” grade and NBA. It was the first institution in the state of Telangana to launch a B.Tech course in aeronautical engineering, and it has since evolved into an integrated multi-disciplinary technological institute. With a record of 100% admittance rate, it is the most popular institution in Telangana.According to the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) - 2023 from the Ministry of Education of the Government of India, IARE Hyderabad is ranked between 51-100 in the Innovation category and 151-200 in the Engineering category. This demonstrates the high standards we uphold for performance and quality in teaching, research, employability, and innovation. Additionally, the institute has received rankings from other national independent organisations, including Business World (60), Data Quest (78), India Today (54), The Week (84), Times of India (64), Competition Success Review (16), Outlook (Rank Band:126-170), and Data Quest (Rank Band:126-170).The IARE Hyderabad courses are offered to interested candidates at diploma, undergraduate as well as postgraduate levels. There are a total of 24 courses offered to students in the stream of engineering and management. All the courses at the college are offered in offline, regular mode to the students. The Institute of Aeronautical Engineering admission to all the courses is offered on the basis of the candidate's performance in the respective entrance exam as well as the last qualifying exam. TS EAMCET (for B.Tech course), TS ECET (for B.Tech lateral entry), GATE/exam conducted by JNTU (for M.Tech course), and TS ICET (for MBA course) are some of the entrance exams that are accepted by the institute for admission.A gymnasium, boys' and girls' hostels, laboratories, a sports complex, transportation services, banking services, a full-fledged library, a canteen and other amenities are available to students at the campus of IARE Hyderabad, which is spread out over an area of 17 acres. Additionally, the college has a separate placement cell for tasks related to placement. Every year, placement drives are held by the IARE Hyderabad placement cell and the participating recruiters to give students the opportunity to begin their careers before even completing their education. The college holds a variety of events, including webinars, seminars, pre-placement interviews, training sessions, and more, and has a track record of placing candidates with more than 80% placement percentage over the years.
