IIT Kharagpur admission 2025 has started. The admissions are provided based on the qualifying exam and entrance exam. For B.Tech and B.Tech+M.Tech admissions, JEE Main 2025 is scheduled to be held between April 01- 08, 2025, while JEE Advanced 2025 is scheduled on May 18, 2025. M.Tech admissions are based on GATE scores; the GATE 2025 exams are scheduled for February 1, 2, 15, and 16, 2025. IIT Kharagpur fees range from Rs 70,000 to Rs 4,61,500 annually.

Courses and Fees

IIT Kharagpur fees range from Rs 27650 to Rs 2500000 per year, depending on the degree level, duration and specialization of the course. The college offers 57 courses at PG and UG programmes. Furthermore, IIT Kharagpur offers 17 courses in B.Tech, 13 courses in B.Tech+M.Tech at the UG level. At the PG level, the students can choose a wide range of specializations - 13 courses in MSc, 1 course in MBA. Admission to IIT Kharagpur courses are open for the academic year 2025-26. For admission the college conducts JEE Advanced. In addition to this, scores of IIT JAM, JEE Main are accepted by IIT Kharagpur.

KUMUD MONOROMA SCHOLARSHIP

Benefits:

One scholarship of Rs.1,000.00 per month (payable for 10 months in a session) is awarded to the student of the third-year class of B.Tech.(Hons.)/Dual Degree course in Mechanical Engineering adjudged to be the best in terms of academic performance.

Eligibility:

One scholarship of Rs.400.00 per month (payable for 10 months in a session) is awarded to the academically best student of final year class of B.Tech.(Hons.)/Dual Degree courses in Agricultural and Food Engineering.
