ICFAI Business School Hyderabad is a constituent of the ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education, which is declared a deemed-to-be-university under Section 3 of UGC Act, 1956. Established in the year 1995, IBS Hyderabad is located in Shankarpally Road, Hyderabad. IBS Hyderabad campus is spread over 91 acres of land. It is a residential campus and some of the IBS Hyderabad facilities include classrooms, lecture theatres, tutorial rooms, conference halls, seminar halls, auditorium, library, computer lab, faculty rooms, meeting rooms, administrative offices, academics office, student support services office, and career management centre, to name a few. IBS Hyderabad curriculum includes case-study-based teaching methods and creates an industry interface for its students through guest lectures and seminars, internships, industry visits, leveraging its alumni network, and much more.IBS Hyderabad offers BBA, MBA and PhD courses. The most popular course of IFCAI Hyderabad is its MBA programme. The MBA programme of IBS Hyderabad is taught and trained through the concept of the Syndicated Learning Programme (SLP). The SLP method involves classroom sessions, group discussions, mock tests, and interviews. ICFAI Business School has collaborated with several institutions globally which include universities from the USA, Australia, and Malaysia. There are around 170 faculty members in the institute and many of them are published in international and national journals. IBS Hyderabad admissions for its MBA and PhD programmes are done through IBSAT. CAT, XAT, GMAT scores are also accepted. Coming to IBS Hyderabad placements, as per the 2022 report, a total of 173 recruiters visited the campus to recruit its students and the placement percentage was recorded at 98%. Deloitte Consulting, Capgemini, ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, KPMG Global Services, WIPRO Ltd, EY GDS, Kotak Mahindra Bank, etc were some of the top recruiters.  

Summary

IBS Hyderabad courses are offered at UG, PG, and doctoral levels. The college conducts IBSAT, though other National level exams are accepted. For MBA admission, the CAT 2025 exam date is November 30, 2025; the XAT exam is expected to be held on January 4, 2026 and the last date for IBSAT 2025 registration is expected to be held in the third week of December 2025. The IBS Hyderabad course fee ranges from Rs 15,000 to Rs 4,54,500 depending on the course.
