Hooghly Mohsin College was established on 1st August 1836. It is one of the premier academic institution, situated in Hooghly district, West Bengal, India. The college is affiliated with the University of Burdwan. Hooghly Mohsin College provides undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Arts, Science and Commerce specializations. It also provides LLB (Bachelor of Law) and LLM (Master of Law) course. The college has four departments namely Arts, Science, Commerce and Law. It also provides scholarship facilities to needy students. The college is well equipped with all the modern facilities including Library, Laboratory, Sports, Gym and Canteen.
