Government Polytechnic College Pune Admissions 2023: The Government Polytechnic College diploma admissions 2023 are now open. The Government Polytechnic Pune was established in 1957 by the Board of Technical Education, Maharashtra State, India.  In 1994, the institution was given academic autonomy after operating since 1957. The institute is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). It encompasses a total area of 28 acres. The vision of Government Polytechnic Pune is to develop self-reliant, versatile, innovative, quality-conscious technical professionals for the betterment of society. The college provides diplomas in various technical subjects, including mechanical, electrical, computer engineering, and information technology, for students enrolled in both full-time and part-time programmes. Government Polytechnic Pune training and placement cell facilitate the campus placements of diploma students. The cell makes every possible effort to connect with as many industries as possible. The placement cell is responsible for providing assistance to the visiting industry during the entirety of the placement process. The main building comprises the departments of computer engineering, information technology, and science, departments of electronics and DDGM, staff quarters, a workshop building, an exam section building, conference halls, hostels, classrooms for various disciplines, a library, a canteen, a mess, a post office, and other facilities.
