Established in the year 1999 in Udaipur, Rajasthan, Darshan Dental College and Hospital aims to deliver state-of-the-art learing facilities and teaching methodologies in the bachelor and master degree programmes in dental surgery. The Darshan Dental College and Hospital MDS programme also comprises of specialisations such as Oral Medicine, Oral and Maxillo-Facial Surgery, Periodontology, Community Dentistry, Oral Pathology, Conservative Dentistry, Pedodontics and Preventive Dentistry. The college has been affiliated to the Rajasthan University of Health Sciences (RUHS) and recognized by the Dental Council of India.The college has a full-fledged senior faculty that has been established as per the norms & guidelines of the Dental Council of India. Practical, clinical, and field-based trainings are offered along with the regular classroom learning. Even audio-visual learning is incorporated for students. The Darshan Dental College and Hospital library is well-stacked with all the latest editions & volumes of books on dentistry & its associated aspects.The admission to the Darshan Dental College and Hospital courses are done on the basis of valid NEET scores obtained by students.The Darshan Dental College and Hospital campus has all the facilities that not only a student but also the staff & other faculty members would require. The college offers facilities like hostel, mess, computer laboratory, cafeteria, and transportation. There are around nine departments in the college related to dental education. Led by the most senior members of the faculty, these departments aim at honing the students according to the updated concepts in dental learning & training.
