CSJMU accepts admission to B.Tech courses on the basis of JEE Main scores. The session 2 results have been released by NTA on April 24, 2024. The CUET 2024 exam dates for UG and PG course admission have been announced. NTA will conduct the CUET UG 2024 exam from May 15 to May 31. CSJMU Kanpur courses are offered at the undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma, and, PhD levels. The popular courses include B.Tech, B.Ed, B.Pharm, MBBS, BDS, MD, MS, and, MBA, among others. Admission to these courses is based on varying eligibility criteria which include entrance exams like JEE Main, CAT, CUET UG, NEET UG, NEET PG, and the Entrance Exam conducted by the university. From the 2024 session, the authorities have started two new courses on campus namely integrated M.Sc Electronics and M.Com programme. CSJMU Kanpur is a State University located in Kanpur and was formerly known as Kanpur University. The university is accredited by NAAC with a ‘B’ grade and is recognised by the UGC. It has a campus size of 264 acres which is equipped with all amenities like hostels, banks, auditoriums, etc. The university has 952 colleges affiliated with it spread across 11 districts. Further, the Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University Kanpur placement has a rate of 70% with an average package of Rs 5 lakh per annum.

The last date for admission is August 15, 2024.  The university conducts its entrance tests for BPharm and LLM admissions. GPAT qualifies students are eligible to apply for an MPharm degree.
