The applicants who are applying by COMED-K should have mathematics as a mandatory subject in 12th or 10+3 diploma from Central/State Govt. with minimum 50% marks in aggregate. The applicants, who are applying under management quota should have scored at least 70% marks in Mathematics and Science in 10th Class, 65% in Mathematics and Physics in 11th and 10+2 with 65% marks in Physics and Mathematics subjects. Course Eligibility Criteria Selection Process Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) 12th or equivalent with 50% marks in aggregate. NATA Score followed by the counseling. Key Points: The applicant must be a resident of Karnataka. The minimum age limit is 17 years. The candidates applying through COMED-K must score at least 80 marks in NATA Entrance Exam. OBC/SC/ST candidates get a relaxation of 5% marks in the aggregate score. The candidates, who are applying through Management Quota must pass NATA/JEE Paper -2 Entrance Exam.
