Ishan Institute of Management & Technology (IIMT) was established in 1994 by D.K. Garg with a mission to provide quality education to the masses. It is located in the Institutional Complex (Knowledge Park-1) in Greater Noida. IIMT offers admission into courses at the UG and the diploma level, such as B.COM, B.ED., and diploma in elementary education. To apply for a course at IIMT, candidates need to fulfil the eligibility criteria. IIMT accepts applications online.  IIMT offers scholarships to the meritorious and needy students for both, the UG level and the diploma level courses. IIMT is recognised by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) and is affiliated with Chaudhary Charan Singh University. IIMT is associated with NAAC and has also established an Internal Quality Assurance System which has provisions for faculty development programs, and seminars on the role of holistic development of women, etc. The institute offers a well-equipped library. IIMT offers the facility of an air-conditioned IT Lab with 60+ fully functional computer systems available. It also has an acoustically designed auditorium. The institute is well-connected to the public transport services by rail, road, and Delhi/Noida metro. Hostel facilities are also available within the campus for the outstation students.  IIMT offers remarkable placement opportunities and invites companies from different industries. It offers placement opportunities in different fields such industries such as Telecom, Construction & Engineering, Industrial Products, Heavy Machinery, etc. The highest package offered as per the latest record is 15 LPA per annum and the average CTC is 4.76 LPA per annum. The significant companies recruiting from IIMT are Aditya Birla Group, Ranbaxy Laboratories, HDFC Bank, JK Tyres, American Express, HSBC Bank, CMC Limited, and Hindustan Copper Limited, Birlasoft, Religare, Kajaria Tiles, etc.
