The college was established to offer high-quality education in the hotel and catering industry and fulfil the rising demand or skilled professionals in the sector. IHM Lucknow is affiliated with National Council For Hotel Management And Catering Technology, Noida, U.P., India; an apex body under the Ministry Of Tourism, Government Of India. Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition, Lucknow courses include a three-year B.Sc program and 2-years M.Sc program. Besides this, the college also offers a diploma in Food Production, diploma in food and Beverage Service and a diploma in Bakery & Confectionery.
