The Institute of Aeronautics and Engineering (IAE), Bhopal is a technical institute ranked 7th in the overall ranking of Top 10 Engineering Institutes in Central India (Times Engineering Survey 2020). The institute is authorised by the Director-General of Civil Aviation and administered by the governing body of the Sha-Shib Group of Institutions. Currently, the IAE allows its apprentices to follow a work-study four-year Aircraft Maintenance Engineering course.The Institute of Aeronautics and Engineering (IAE), Bhopal has a very successful placement record, with the latest placement session yielding a top annual package of Rs 60 LPA and an average annual CTC of Rs 8 LPA. The Institute has links with various major airlines and maintenance organisations such as Air India and GoAir. IAE Bhopal is also the first college in India to score 100% in the DGCA exam and had six India Toppers students in the DGCA papers in the last seven years.Institute of Aeronautics and Engineering, Bhopal is approved by the DGCA, Government of India and accredited by the EGAC.
