About GMC Goa

Goa Medical College is a public medical school and hospital that is situated in Goa, India. It is one of Asia's oldest medical institutions, founded in 1842 by the name Escola Medico Cirurgica da Goa. GMC Goa is now affiliated with Goa University since 1986 before which it was under Bombay University.

Summary

GMC Goa admission 2024 has started. The NEET UG 2024 counselling for admission to the MBBS course will begin in the third week of August 14 and will end on August 21, 2024. NEET 2024 round one seat allotment result will be out on August 23, 2024. Moreover, the NEET PG 2024 revised exam date has been announced and the exam will be conducted on August 11, 2024. GMC Goa offer courses at UG, PG, diploma and PG diploma levels.

Courses and Fees

GMC Goa fees range from Rs 160000 to Rs 10651394 per year, depending on the degree level, duration and specialization of the course. The college offers 50 courses at UG, PG, Ph.D and Diploma programmes. Furthermore, GMC Goa offers 2 courses in BSc, 1 courses in MBBS at the UG level. At the PG level, the students can choose a wide range of specializations - 20 courses in MD, 8 course in PGD. Admission to GMC Goa courses are open for the academic year 2024-25. For admission the college conducts NEET. In addition to this, scores of NEET PG, NEET SS are accepted by GMC Goa.
